MWR Haunted Trail MWR will open its popular Haunted Trail at the Carr Point Recreation Area in Portsmouth on Saturdays in October from 6pm-9pm. This event is open to the public. There will be a haunted trail, arts & crafts, nightly entrainment & more! Admission is $5 per person for military, $8 per person for the public & children 3 and under are free.
